'The product key entered for Tuxera NTFS for Mac is not vali
I have a copy of Tuxera NTFS that came with a Toshiba Canvio disk drive. When I try to update to the current version, after a successful upgrade, upon trying to mount an NTFS volume I get the error message:
'The product key entered for Tuxera NTFS for Mac is not valid.'
Tuxera is now dead, and I have to remove it and re-install the old version, which seems to have some bugs.
Any ideas? Or was this just a teaser product and I need to pony up to get a real version?

My situation is similar, but I think that the fundamental question is the same. I bought a Toshiba drive and wanted to upgrade (noticing an issue with sorting by date in Finder). However, I cannot even complete the upgrade process. I am being asked for a product key. The installer entered one for me, but the 'Continue' button is grayed out. The only button active is 'Purchase license..'
Was the version that came with my Toshiba drive just a teaser?

And now, the next day, when I reboot I get an error that says 'invalid product key.' Any answer to the previous question would be appreciated.
